Terms and conditions

These terms apply to stays booked directly with VENTI Kite Homes (by WhatsApp, email or through ventikite.com). By confirming a booking you accept them. For anything not covered here, write to info@ventikite.com.

Booking and prices

• Prices are per house and per night, in US dollars, and are subject to availability. The price shown on the site is a reference; the final price is the one we confirm in writing for your dates.
• The minimum stay is 3 nights.
• A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed payment and send you written confirmation.

Payment

• Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal, through the link we send you.
• Booking directly carries no portal fees. Any PayPal or bank fees, if applicable, are indicated before payment.

Cancellation

• Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellations made later, or if you do not show up, the conditions communicated when the booking was confirmed apply.

House rules

• Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00.
• Maximum 4 guests per house.
• No smoking inside the houses. No pets.
• Quiet hours from 22:00.
• The pool has no fence: children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the house or its contents during the stay. Kitesurfing and other water sports are practised at each person's own risk; lessons and equipment hire are provided by independent third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force on the date your booking is confirmed.
